What Crosac is

Crosac is a local business review platform. Customers tap an NFC card or scan a QR code at a participating business, rate their visit, and post a review to Google. Crosac also builds a reviewer profile and reputation score for customers who sign in.

Information we collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account name, email address, and profile picture. This is used solely to create and identify your Crosac reviewer profile.

When you leave a review through Crosac, we record which business you visited and when, in order to build your Crosac Score and review history.

We do not collect payment information, location data, or any information beyond what is described above.

How we use your information

Your information is used to create your Crosac reviewer profile, calculate your Crosac Score and tier, and display your review history. It is never sold to third parties or used for advertising.

Third-party services

Crosac uses Google OAuth for sign-in (governed by Google's Privacy Policy). AI-generated review suggestions are powered by Anthropic's Claude API — the text you see as suggestions is generated in real time and not stored by Crosac.

Data retention and deletion

Your profile and review history are retained while your account is active. To request deletion of your data, contact us at the email below. We will remove your information within 30 days.
